ERASMUS+ VISION STATEMENT
The University of Skopje envisions itself as a forward-thinking, internationally connected institution that plays a leading role in the European and global academic space. Through active and strategic engagement in the Erasmus+ Programme, the University aims to be a catalyst for academic excellence, innovation, intercultural dialogue, and inclusive growth.
We aspire to be recognized as a regional and international center of excellence in higher education, with a strong commitment to fostering mobility, building sustainable partnerships, and promoting transformative learning experiences. Our vision is rooted in our belief that international collaboration enhances the quality of education, research, and institutional development, and prepares students and staff to become competent, responsible, and engaged global citizens.
By engaging in Erasmus+ activities at both the decentralized level — through Key Action 1 and Cooperation Partnerships — and the centralized level — including Erasmus Mundus Design Measures, Jean Monnet initiatives, Capacity Building in Higher Education and VET, and Virtual Exchanges — we seek to amplify our impact beyond national borders. Our academic strengths in informatics, economics, tourism, human resources, international marketing, management, and business provide a strong foundation for interdisciplinary cooperation and policy dialogue within the European Higher Education Area and beyond.
