The United Nations World Tourism Organization extends its sincere congratulations to the University of Skopje for the renewed accreditation of the Faculty of Tourism for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.

UTMS is the only University from Macedonia that is a member of this prestigious institution. After the evaluation, Prof. Dr. Antonio Carles from Valencia and an international auditor for quality in higher education engaged in the United Nations said that the University of Skopje is among the 100 best in the world among the Faculties of Tourism.

“Achieving the required quality is not easy at all. You really have to satisfy many competencies as a tourism program. This is a certificate that represents high quality in education in the field of tourism in university programs, especially in undergraduate and postgraduate. Teaching staff is one of the key pillars of any program, so we thoroughly review this aspect,” explains the professor from Valencia engaged as an auditor for quality in higher education engaged in the United Nations.

The University of Skopje holds a Diploma for Quality in Higher Education, awarded by the United Nations World Tourism Organization. This certificate provides a guarantee for the quality of tourism education programs.
